Formed in 1996 as a summer concert band and outreach of the Flint Symphonic Wind Ensemble, this group of 48 or so musicians performs programs that include marches, Broadway tunes, well-known barn burners, novelty numbers, patriotic pieces, and songs from a variety of sources.
