All zoning fees reflected above do not include any professional review fees the Village may incur. Professional review fees will be the responsibility of the applicant and must be paid before approval of the permit or application.

Freedom of Information Act: Request must be made in writing with 5 days to complete. The fee is $16.72 per hour, plus 43% fringe, which equals an hourly charge of $23.90 per hour plus applicable copy fees and any other associated costs (including but not limited to postage). Note: FOIA rate is based on State law.
